- How far in advance should we plan an executive retreat?
- Most boards and leadership teams work 18 to 24 months ahead, which secures the best properties and gives finance teams time to spread the cost. We regularly deliver at shorter notice, and payment plans are available for companies paying monthly or for participants paying independently.
- What group sizes do you work with?
- From small board and founder groups of six to ten people, through leadership teams of 20 to 50, up to larger company-wide programmes. The programme design changes with the size of the group, not the level of care.
- Which destinations do you recommend?
- Spain and the Balearic Islands, Italy, and the United Kingdom are the most requested, alongside Portugal, Greece and Croatia. We only put forward properties our own team has visited in person, so working space, privacy and travel time are known quantities.
- Do you handle the whole programme or just the venue?
- The whole programme: destination shortlist, contracting, session and hospitality design, transfers, supplier management, on-site hosting, delegate care and a post-event debrief.
- Can participants pay for themselves?
- Yes. We can set up individual booking and payment for participants who are paying independently, or invoice the company directly, including monthly payment plans.
- What happens after we send a brief?
- Our team responds with a destination shortlist, an outline programme and an indicative budget, then refines it with you before anything is contracted.
