Twelve weeks is ideal for a leadership retreat, but we regularly deliver on shorter timelines when needed. The earlier we engage, the more venue and supplier flexibility you have.
Do you provide facilitation or work alongside ours?
Both. We have a network of senior facilitators we trust, and we work seamlessly alongside your existing coaches or strategists if you have a preferred partner.
Can spouses or partners join?
Yes - many of our clients build optional partner programmes around the working agenda. We design and deliver these in parallel without interrupting the executive sessions.
How is pricing structured?
